♥ mrs ng ♥ sad.. sad.. SAD-ED.. Just now my neighbour came over to my place. asked me again wan to buy the hse ma. i just replied her the cash portion is too much.& she told me tat there were 2 buyer willing to pay 30k 0.O then ok lo.. i asked her to sell to them. dear wasn't willing to pay tat much at most onli 25k.. n also my uncle said tat they really asked for alot. and their hse dun worth tat much cash. so.. conclusion is we never buy the hse.. hais.. i really love it n somemore its just beside my current hse. hais.. too bad lo. i also have to think of dear.. even he really pay the 30k, we will not have $$ for our wedding, furniture and reno. so.. too bad lo. actually its ok lah. i'm alright. at first we also planned to buy near central. so it's easier and convenient. so still hunting for the desired hse at yishun. 4A corner hse n 6floor & above.cash not more than $20k ba. tat is our target.. hopefully dear's friend can find for us asap. coz i cant wait to have my own house. haha.. people pls help me to look out too... bye bye.. |
